I ASKED ASIAN OWNER WHY THE PLAY IS NOT ALLOW HANDICAP PERSON TO PLAY. HE SAID HIS PLACE IS NOT EQUIP FOR HANDICAP AND HE IS NOT TARGET HANDICAP PLAYERS. BASICALLY HE SAID HANDICAP BROKE. I WILL HAVE HANDICAP UNION CONTACT CITY OF HOUSTON FOR THIS MATTER. THIS PLACE VIOLATED CITY CODE. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS FOR PEOPLE TO BE INSIDE THIS PREMISES. BUSINESS CAN NOT DISCRIMINATED AGAINST HANDICAP PERSON.
