The management at this poker room is absolutely terrible. They constantly change their minds on policies and decisions, making it very difficult to enjoy a consistent and reliable experience. It feels like they have no direction or real leadership in place. The fact that they let a kid manage the place speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism and commitment to improving the environment.
Dealers:
The dealers here are subpar at best. One particular dealer, a larger woman, is incredibly unprofessional. She belittles players and creates a hostile atmosphere at the table. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and detracts from the experience.
Food & Amenities:
The food options are extremely limited, with pizza being the only constant offering. It’s incredibly disappointing that a poker room with so much potential can't even offer a diverse food menu for its players.
Ownership:
The new ownership is equally awful. They don’t seem to care about improving the quality of the room or the player experience. The constant changes, lack of management, and poor decision-making make this poker room one I would recommend avoiding.
Overall Experience:
If you enjoy poker in a professional environment with good management, this is not the place for you. The constant turnover in policies, the lack of professionalism from staff, and the overall poor quality of the room make it a place I would never visit again.
