We've been coming to Lilac Lanes quite a bit. Just recently they got new servers. They are horrible at remembering drinks. Like hours late after multiple reminders. I know were not the only ones this has happened to. The only server that actually remembers to bring drinks is a girl with brownish blondish hair. I think her name was Kailey or something close. I don't normally complain, but I'm a 4 or 5 drinks person and was only served one the last few times i came in. This is like 5 hours of being there. Someone needs to inform the waitresses and bartenders that they'll make more tips per drink they serve. It wasn't even busy at all and the guy was just standing around talking. I've waitressed and bartended before and I know how hard it can be, but this was absolutely ridiculous.
