Best customer service I've had at a poker room in a while. Professional, level headed, flexible. Came to Little Creek for a tournament series in March, management went above and beyond. There are also a few dealers that are truly world class.
Gave a lot of the dealers the benefit of the doubt while I was there, the room was packed and they were working 14+ hour days to accommodate for the tournament series. Definitely some rough moments, but ultimately was still impressed by the staff.
Can't wait to come back for the next one!
