This room was significantly better than I expected based on reading some other reviews. The way they handle paying time and tokens is a little convoluted compared to other rooms with a similar system, but it works out fine and was cheaper than rake for me.
Dealers were quick and professional, drink service was attentive, and the games were running smoothly. Floor was friendly and players were welcoming to someone new.
If I have to have some complaints then there are two of them.
1) The language used by some players towards others, including me on my first visit when I knew literally no one, was pretty aggressive. It was done in a joking manner and good-natured (I guess.) but if you're thin-skinned this isn't the room for you. Dealers and floors do nothing to control it. This club would be a great introduction to the game for new players if it weren't for this. 2) The dealers do a pretty good job of dealing and running the game, but they never once let the floor know about empty seats. During 8 hours of play, no dealer ever let the floor know of open seats at our table.
