So I have been here twice now. Once on a monday and once on a thursday, so I have seen my fair share.
Pros:
Great tables
Great chairs
Food and drink to table
Nice staff
Decent competition
Live stream would be nice to be on :)
14 tables 1/3 and 5/5
Cons:
Very high seat rate. At $15 an hour after 4pm thats steep. Especially for weekdays. Weekends I can accept that but during the week at any time is pretty expensive, especially for 1/3.
They seem to track you.... Im not 100% comfortable with needing to give my info every time I cash in or out. Casinos do not need your info just to cash in/out except over $10k, which is probably 1 time a month here.
There seems to always be a waitlist of people and sometimes more than 10 people and most are not even in the building. They may need more dealers so they can keep more tables open. 7:30 pm they have 4 games of 1/3 with 15 waiting. Thats a lot of people to wait. Take people who are sitting waiting first instead of call ins or people will get tired of waiting and leave and probably never come back. Especially if it is like this every time someone drives an hour just to get there.
That is what I have noticed from about 10 hours of play and 1.5 hours sitting around waiting. Very cool place to play but very expensive unless you are always playing 5/5 with $1000 stack always. Dealers are friendly as well as management. No issues there. Yes dealers have favorites but thats because they come in a lot and know them. Spend some time talking to your dealers and you will get the same happy fun environment.
Recommendations:
Lower the seat price because you already have to pay just to get in. Especially weekdays until 8-9pm.
More dealers and more tables open when waitlist is long. 5 people can start a table.
Lights in parking lot, very dark and someone could get hurt. I smell a lawsuit with this one eventually.
Thank you for coming to my ted talk :)
