I have started playing the cash room again, and finally there is a good mix of player types and not just millionaire fish who can stomp out talent with their wealth. I would like to start seeing 2/3 and 1/2 games, and do away with 1/3 to accommodate smaller stacks. But I like the player pool better now. And the gaming staff is green but very patient and friendly, in time this should get more fluid with experience.
Unfortunately, sixth months ago I could walk in and my order was already put in for food and drink without even opening my mouth. Thursday last week I ordered shrimp and gave the tender my card, and two hours later came to realize he never ordered it and never even rung in my card????? Then I went into cash room and sat ignored by both bar tenders for 20 minutes, something that never happened before.
Concessions are such a money maker for big casino and Cardroom operators, that I am floored at how poorly this part of the operation runs and has gotten to. I know help is hard to find but an hourly employee at 35 dollars an hour would add quality and make their position pay off with optimal customer satisfaction. Please fix this in the room. Other than that I am mostly happy with the play.
