Went last night for the first time since December. Since then they've gotten a lot more busy but if they're going to take the next step they need to improve. Dealer quality last night was sub par. Incredibly slow deals and constant issues handling pots. This wasn't helped by some really green players that they had to walk through every hand. The end result is a game that dragged with no flow. Which, when you're paying a time rake, costs you money.
The floor staff and management continues to be poor. One staff member will tell you a policy on something and the very next will tell you the exact opposite. One guy was told floor staff couldn't buy time for him, another guy they did it for. No more than an hour apart.
Player quality is pretty beatable. And it's still great to have in the state. But from what I can tell management puts tons more effort into tourneys than they do the cash game. Wish that would change.
