I started watching the YouTube videos and was/am impressed by the quality of the crew and content. I decided it was time to START playing live so I made the trip to Austin from Tyler. The Lodge didn't disappoint. Clean, comfortable,(no that the new chairs are there, even better), safe, and truly welcoming. I've been making the drive once)twice a month for tournaments for a few months, and just finished 6th in the money for the seniors tournament for my first time "in the money". I love meeting the dealers during their off time when they can play, it adds to the game. Hopefully for them and us players. To the complainers below, if your getting bad cards and blaming the dealers, or even the dealers that aren't even dealing... It defies logic. I enjoy everything about the place that they can control, if I could just get my river card to hit, one time, I'll never ask for anything more...
