First off, the big things players care about:
* action is excellent (of course it is, they don't call this game "Connecticut Hold'Em")
* room and bathrooms are always clean
* I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for a table. That happened once and I've been dozens of times.
* service is excellent. Floors, dealers, cages, front desk are all great.
* promos are rare but good.
* no kitchen but they're fine with DoorDash etc.
* if you're a poker celebrity fanboy this is the place. JWin is doing a prop bet and just played four hours at my 1/2 table. Meetup games happen and there are also random sightings of Andrew Neeme, Brad Owen, Doug Polk, etc.
Twice this place has saved me from myself--
1. Once I dropped a black chip and five minutes later a brush found it, checked the tapes, and tracked me down.
2. Once I somehow left $300 at the cage window and another space-cadet reg accidentally took it. Over an *hour* later they checked the tapes, tracked down the reg, and got me my $300 back.
Great room.
