I'm an Austin resident and play cash games and tournaments at The Lodge. Joe Strazerra and his team are top-notch professionals and are the heart and soul of the club. The cash games are incredible and offer something for everyone, be it new players or seasoned grinders. They spread multiple NLHE tables at various stakes, and have a regular 1/2/5 PLO that usually has at least 2 steady tables going. Mixed games pop up on occasion. If you love PLO & Big O the weekly tournaments are incredible and a great way to learn the games if you're new. The Lodge has outstanding tournament series as well throughout the year. BYOB as well as liquor options for purchase. Complimentary water + sodas and delicious catered food daily. Clean restrooms. Comfortable chairs. They just got brand new chips as well.
