OMG!!! Opening night at the Lodge was better then any poker room I have played in. I was not expecting this. I'm from New York and a novice poker player but love to play the game...
I think this could be the best room in the country. If I lived in Austin I'd be there all the time. I would put the dealers, front desk, cage and managers against any casino in Vegas and say the Lodge has it, don’t know how they did it, but they do an incredible job.
If you have never played Texas poker before, chips fly all over the table! 1-2 game $20 before the flop and 5-6 players in every time. AMAZING! I actually learned so much in my short time there.
The Lodge is definitely on my 'must do' list next time I'm in town. I can’t wait to go back and I'll be bringing some friends with me.
