The dealers are a mixed bag because about half of them are new, but they all have good customer service. Managers are constantly firing and hiring rookie dealers hoping that things will change, but becoming a professional poker dealer takes time so both players and management need to be patient with them. Catered food is getting progressively getting worse, and you can't get your own drinks anymore. But it's kinda cool to see and play against poker streamers in cash games.
