The room is severely lacking in multiple aspects. Just a few big and small examples, extremely high tournament rake, staff unfamiliar with the games about to start, floor staff is not very respectful if called over, cards are thin-small-cheap feeling, no registration/late registration clock or even mention of it, no shot clocks, random use of BB ante. I could go on. Long story short, the room is low quality and if there is even an issue I do not feel comfortable with the floor staff being just.
I have played all over the world. This room is severely lacking just about everything that a global player may be used to.
