No one is perfect! When a mistake is made, a floor manager is called and he explains what will happen and why. Everything is transparent!
The dealers, managers, and staff go the extra mile to learn everyone's name and make you feel very welcome! They make sure all the COVID guidelines are followed, kindly enforcing rules when people forget. (We can argue the guideline's validity at another time, but the staff is compliant!)
