Food is not bad (2 separate kitchens/menus upstairs and down)
-Bring back the bad beat and lower the requirements to AAA/XX get beat
-introduce some type of trophy for tournaments (hats for SnG, card protector for regular friday tournament, and something bigger for the larger monthly tournaments)
-raise the daily $ for players card
-get rid of table high hands or increase them to 100$
-fire incompetent employees
-high hands should be 2 cards in hand or half the jackpot should roll over if only 1 card plays
-some of the dealers should pay more attention to the game rather than socializing (if they did this perhaps they will make an extra buck or two per down)
Overall... this place is great for the area and is a local poker room that seems like it will always be around!
