I see a bunch of cry babies here. First off, the floor does the best they can. Yeah, waits can be a while, but if you know when the shift changes and the dealers come in and here's a tip, CALL AHEAD, never had to wait very long at all.
SECOND: The people I hear whining about collusion, and sketchy dealers tells me.one thing, hello, you aren't that good of a player! The casino watches everything under a microscope, and they aren't stupid. MGM doesn't have to cheat, (meaning they aren't 'protecting' crooked dealers)
I've played MGM plenty. I've cracked the bank and been felted, both often. Its how it goes. Deal with it and instead of crying, up your game and play well.
If you suspect cheating, report it immediately. Good luck, and a good weekend.
