Good action, but needs improvement

I've seen this place through the highs and the lows, ever since it first opened. So here are my pros and cons to the place.

Pros:
Good action
Clean place
Food & drinks are free
Courteous staff

Cons:
No promos or benefits
Menu needs updating
No "must move" to keep tables full
Place lacks charisma/no frills
No way for player suggestions to improve the place or game

Now don't get me wrong this is the best place this side of town, but then again, its really the only place on this side of town. Hopefully a little competition will push this place to improve.
