Played here for a week on my road trip. Room is extremely understaffed with dealers leading to long lists and MAX 7 tables running in a 14 table room.
"Food runners" are also few and far between. Can take hours to get food to your seat unless you go upstairs, order, wait, and bring it back down.
Promos are great and are listed on Bravo, including a large bad beat (134K) at time of writing this, room rate promos, high hands at night, etc.
Players (excluding 2 players I had at table in nearly 80 hours of play) are extremely nitty, at times rude.
Dealers made some mistakes but were alright.
Heard this and Ameristar are only places to play up here in Blackhawk. Didn't have chance to check out other properties.
Sign up for games on Bravo and if you time it relatively well you won't have to wait too long. If you stumble in and try to get a seat, you'll almost always be @#$%.
Cheers.
