Oceans 11 is in a free fall and it is 100% because of bad management. A 15 year patron here who has finally had enough. Take a look at your decreasing customer numbers. You blame COVID, but it is really you.
Lonnie and Bobbie are decent but the rest are inconsistent in rules (wear your mask, don't wear your mask , etc...).
On the Table Game side Mike treats customers consistently and with respect but Craig is horrendous. Craig will cost you tens of thousands.
