I am primarily a NLTH tournament player and give Ocean's 11 a very good rating overall.
Tourney staff are friendly and are good about clearly stating the rules and provide fair rulings when a question arises during tourney play.
The dealers are generally very positive and helpful as well.
The room is clean and service is good.
I can't speak much about the cash games and non-poker tables, but overall I think the poker room is run very well.
