Soda / coffee / tea is now $1. This is just another example of extreme greed. I've never seen a casino charge for soft drinks or coffee. Sure the players can afford it, but it's just so greasy that many have stopped ordering drinks all together. In the end this just hurts your loyal wait staff.
It's honestly despicable how you are treating your employees by not considering this. Mark my words, if this policy isn't changed very soon, you will lose all of your long time loyal wait staff. They can't pay the bills without drink income. Employees are mainly great, but they bear the weight of upper managements terrible decisions.
