I last played here in 2015 and came back the last week to see a remodel and thought...ok...they are trying to make this place better.
This place is nothing more than a polished turd. They charge for water and coffee!! Good luck keeping any of your wait staff at all.
The poker room managers? Awful. Capping a no limit game and making rules about straddles, etc should be UP TO THE PLAYERS RISKING THEIR MONEY!!!
The tournament room? The worst ran room in the country. Who caps entries??? Thats telling the players..."you can only win this much bc we dont want to work longer". Also those running the tourney on any given day have NO clue how to keep tables balanced. On Wednesday Feb 16th, there was one table 4 handed and the others were 9 handed!! This went on for 2 levels. We told the woman who was running the tourney and she just sat in her chair clueless.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PLAYING HERE!!!! There are better options farther away but worth the drive. This place is a sinking ship.
