Pickering is cleaner has better staff better accommodations. Mainly the staff though. There is a huge difference with the quality of individuals hired. Pickering staff love there jobs love what they do and show it. If they don't love it at the very least they remain professional. Woodbine staff complain about the work, pay and how they are treated by there employer. So much they sit on the table and literally say they don't care when the make mistakes lol. I can only chuckle.
