I verbalized an all in, pushed all my chips over the line, and the player a couple seats down said "I'll call" and tossed in a calling chip. He then claimed he didn't know I had reraised all in, and the dealer had no idea what to do. They call for the floor, and despite other players at the table saying they saw him both verbalize and throw in a chip, they let him take back his bet and fold. All the dealer would say was "oh he misunderstood the bet," no description of actions or verbalizations. They didn't even make him put in the money he thought he was calling!
