The games can be really juicy here but there is a big squeeze on. You can definitely make money here but you need to realize there there are extremely strong monetary forces working against you that are specific to this club as well as lack of oversight which is conducive to cheating. There is a chance for reform but this serves as a PSA for the status quo of this club
If it gets TLDR scroll to bottom
At first it seems like the SOP: $10 daily or $30 monthly membership and $11/hr unless you buy 10 hours for $100. However, as soon as you play your first hand you realize that something is off...
There is $2 promo drop every hand which means that there is a ton of money that is removed from the table. That money the management claims going 100% back into the promos but when you follow the numbers it becomes clear that the house players and no limit grinders are the only ones being enriched.
PLO games can't hit any promo except spin the wheel which during my observation was offered less than every hour (you had to remember to ask or else it wouldn't happen as often). You are paying $2/hand to make theoretical rakeback of -$2 per hour if you are the only game and if there are multiple game then it is reduced by /n where n is the number of tables since only one table draws per hour.
If you play NL here you are likely playing with multiple prop players (likely have solid backing so their edge is gonna come from outlasting weaker players and fading better players that are undercapitalized), are still paying into promos that are -EV by a large margin until the jackpot reaches ~$250K at which point it becomes close to break even to pay promo drop in NL (think of the lottery ticket that only becomes worth buying when the pot is huge roughly 30X the initial seed but a dump until it hits a certain inflection point), and in games that are not properly supervised.
I spotted someone cheating by playing hole cards next to them, I immediately went to management and was told that I would hear follow-up but never did. The player has since been banned but the lesson is clear only play here when you are paying attention because lots of the staff here especially overnight are working grueling hours (I am still trying to believe it wasn't purposeful).
TLDR:
The games will have props that have bigger rolls and likely more experience than you.
The promo drop of $2/hand in all games means in PLO it's almost a pure donation and in NL it's still a massive rake trap that benefits only the Poker House promotional fund until the jackpot reaches a quarter million.
There has been at least 1 confirmed case of cheating that has been kept under wraps to the point that I need to write this review in order to protect the other players I care for and respect.

This review is filled with slander and false information. There is not one backed prop player that plays for the house. Every single employee plays on their own money and gets the same industry rate that we offer for any industry member in Texas - Buy two hours get one free.
The $2/hand promo drop is tracked and recorded daily what goes in and out and there are promos offered for every game at the club. Our promo drop log can be requested to view at any time at our front desk. 100% of this drop is used to fund player promos. $10,000 was given away last month specifically in our PLO in-hand promo which PLO players won tickets to win a share of $10,000. This month they qualify again for the $10,000 drawing to be held next month and the 3 hours of play for free food promo applies to everyone in every game. More money gets dropped in NLH that is why we're able to also have a large progressive bad beat jackpot.
We police our games extremely well and no instance of cheating has been kept under wraps. A player that plays in our room and at the Lodge recently attempted to cheat by playing someone else's hand and was banned and we immediately informed them as well as they followed suit. Cheating isn't taken lightly at our club and reviews filled with false information designed to hurt the integrity of another club don’t benefit the poker community that we are attempting to expand.
