I consider Potowatomi to be my "home" poker room and typically play there once every 3-4 months. With that being said, here's my review having recently played some MSPT satellite's:
Tables:
- The tables are recently refelted, the chairs are very comfortable and plenty of room in between tables.
Room:
- The room itself is located "upstairs" away from the casino floor in its own room. It has a typical poker room vibe and it easy to get to from the parking garage since you don't need to navigate the casino floor. During the day it gets busy so calling ahead to get on the wait list is always recommended.
Dealers/Management:
The dealers are all competent and friendly. Management seems to be a bit frazzled most of the time but does a good job of managing the flow of players.
Games/Tournaments:
The room offers a variety of cash games and tournaments during the week. They also host the Mid States Poker Tour twice a year, which gets a great turn out.
In general, a nice room regardless of location.
