Played in a tournament yesterday. One player, clearly beyond intoxicated, was still being served drinks and had multiple arguments with aggro player who threatened to punch the drunk. Another player not even in the hand angles to put aggro player on tilt for exposing his hand before folding. He berates the dealer and demands to speak to the manager. The floor does next to nothing about all of this, including the aggro player threatening to punch the angler as well and the angler berating the floor. It took the drunk coming back and nearly coming to blows with aggro before the aggro was tossed. I don't feel safe playing there, as they don't appear to cut off drunks and are fine with repeated threats of violence. Their dealers don't deserve to be treated as they were. It didn't feel as though the floor had control over the room.

Hey there, thank you for your response, we always strive to listen to our customers to improve our operations. On the night in question we did address the situation with each party individually, ultimately we issued all involved parties a warning and informed them what would happen if we had to come back to the table. Additionally we positioned a Police Officer in the vicinity of the table to be able to take quick action if needed. Once the situation became aggressive again the main aggressor was escorted out by the Police Officer, disqualified from the tournament, and permanently banned from the property.
Once again thank you for your response, we did take action on the situation and thankfully everyone involved was unharmed. Like all incidents, we will take all the knowledge we can from this incident and take it into consideration moving forward.
We would love to see you at Prime again. Feel free to give us a call and speak to the General Manager regarding this instance.
