This room is beautiful and comfortable.
Games rarely run because management does not care about the players.
I called in with a full game of players but they refused to run a game because of some agreement they have with another player... while they only have 2 tables active.
The promotions are a joke, the upper management is laughable.
I truly feel bad for the staff here because somehow RW managed to acquire some amazing personnel... and I've even watched them jump ship because of how poorly this room is ran.
Very, very, sad that a room this beautiful is wasted.
