Was is Pittsburgh for a business trip and wanted to play for a few hours before heading to airport. Showed up with luggage, one roller and a computer bag. Was refused entry to casino because the valet doesn't take your luggage unless you stayed at the casino hotel. Horrible policy. Won't be back here as I'd only come when on business trips and always stay downtown.
