I waited 6 wks to write this review. In 6 wks you can figure out if your first impression is the true reflection of a card house. Great news! This place is fantastic!
From the minute you walk in, you will be greeted w/ a smile. The place is very nice & it’s in a safe area of San Antonio off Brookhollow & 281 next to H-E-B.
The staff is friendly & professional. Many of the dealers have years of experience dealing in Vegas. The beautiful ladies that work here will grab a battery for you to charge your phone or for your massaging chair. Need a drink? They’ll grab it for you. Hungry? There’s a snack bar w/ tasty food!
Players are friendly & welcoming. Some card houses are like a boys club/frat or so huge that nobody cares if you come in or not. I walked in alone & I felt welcomed. I think everyone likes to feel welcomed (yes, even the big tough guys😊) but as a female, I really appreciate it. The owners of SAPP are the nicest guys. Richard is truly one of the kindest individuals I have ever met in my life…and it’s genuine. He wants to make sure you are having fun & have everything you need.
This location is 100% legal. There’s nothing shady happening here. That gives me peace of mind. I’m a big fan of my freedom.😂
If you are looking for action or just hours of fun, San Antonio Poker Palace is YOUR PLACE! The hourly rates are only $10 & unlike other clubs that charge $20+ for membership, it’s only $5 for life at SAPP.
