SAPP is a total sham, everything about this place is sketchy. Bad beat refused to be paid out, they're raking far more than they give back.
Dealers look soulless you can tell they hate their jobs and the constant BS they have to deal with.
Bar over serving patrons to the point of belligerence.
Place is ran with 0 organization owner forces employees to play in games to keep it running or buy into the tournaments on their own dollar to help hit the guarantee. Super grimy.
Little to no security, and the security they do have looks like they just pulled them off the street. An altercation arose one night with a drunken regular and the "security" guard was bragging about how he escorted him out and if he wanted to could call up his boys to rob him. Needless to say that was the last time I ever visited poker palace and don't ever see myself returning. Quite honestly I never felt safe playing here. Much less walking to my vehicle after cashing out.
The level of unprofessionalism here is horrendous it's baffling that this establishment has lasted as long as it has. Save yourself the hassle & play somewhere else in town that is actually ran correctly and where they don't try to fleece their players.
