If you're a poker player in New Mexico, the Sandia Casino and Resort in Albuquerque is a decent option on weekdays. While the atmosphere wasn't initially welcoming, the poker room was still worth visiting with around 15 tables and low buy-in tournaments. There were mostly retirees and divorcees playing, and the games were easy to beat. The deli had cheap food but had strange hours, and alcohol was only available at the bar. RV parking prices were reasonable, but finding the designated parking areas was a bit challenging. Overall, the Sandia Casino and Resort's poker room is worth visiting, not just because it's the only option on weekdays, but also because of the number of players and tables available.
