Unprofessional employee

Seat 3 was titled on previous bad beat, seat 5, and seat 8 was in the hand involving a big pot. The dealer was nonstop talking to the player on seat 1 since he sat down. The player seat 7 asked player 1, and the dealer stopped yapping. Dealer argued that he didn't slow down the game, and the floor supervisor stepped and asked the same question, it's my dealer slow down the game? I thought that was very funny because I agreed with seat 7, I'm here to play poker, not to listen to dealer life time stories. And the dealer annoyed me, they think it's ok as long as not slow down the game. My advice is when player talk to dealer should 1 question 1 simple answer. Imagine that the guy just lost a big pot and the dealer having fun and laughter in the box. I don't recommend this place because the way the supervisor or employees they handle is very unprofessional.
