I arrived to the podium and saw 2 pages of names on the list but was able to get a seat straight away. The floor seemed inexperienced in running a list, with every name being a phone in.
Several incidents while I was there with swearing and rude behavior with the floor and dealers not helpful. Security not much better.
I played a few hours then an Omaha game opened and I had my name on the list but took a back seat to regulars and call ins that showed up late.
Another hour later, a seat opened up, I asked about the list and I was no longer on it. Perhaps you'll have better luck if you are of Asian decent like most employees here.
Almost feels like a home game with players talking in other languages during the hand, showing cards, and generally poor etiquette. Most poker rooms have experienced dealers/floor so these issues are quickly resolved. 8+1 rake is less than ideal.
