This is my home card room for now. I only play cash games, so I can't speak to tournaments.
Firstly, a correction to the info you see in poker atlas about the cash games: all of the small NLHE and LHE games are 8-handed, and have a $5 max rake and $2 max promo drop. Big games charge time and no promo. Comps are $1/hour for food and drink and escalating discounts based on hours played.
I play a ton of different places because I travel quite a bit, and I have to say this is probably the nicest cardroom I've ever played in in terms of the atmosphere. They have a massive number of screens for you to watch sports, which is especially good on Sundays when they run an absolutely insane number of simultaneous promos having to do with football and high-hands. They have close to 70 tables, and the room is well lit, well cooled (although sometimes a bit too much), well appointed, and the food is excellent. I almost never have to wait more than 10 minutes to get into a NLHE game, even on weekends. They also seem to have a lot of 4/8 LHE games, which I don't play.
The dealers and management are on-point and friendly with the normal variance you can expect from a mix of new and experienced hourly workers.
Cons: Like I mentioned, the service can be slow when it gets busy. However, they have a call-button for the table and a display board, so you can see where you are on the queue, so it's at least fair. also, If you play limit, mix, plo, big-o etc, the wait times can be longer because they only run a few games. No call-ins or online check-in.
