The poker room is frequently hot due to the a/c going out.
Food and beverage service at the tables is exceedingly poor, due to mismanagement and understaffing. You can literally die of thirst playing here.
The auto-shufflers are too consistent. Spent hours looking at 66 on the flop. Thankfully the dealer agreed to a hand scramble of the deck.
