The atmosphere and customer service at this card room is second to none. The staff is amazing and the room is run extremely well. The dealers are extremely talented and efficient, although I've noticed a new heavy handed enforcement of every single rule, which isn't super player friendly - especially to new or un-informed players.
The floor plan is a little off, there's a lot of wasted space in the waiting area - which makes the poker tables fairly crammed. However the vibe is awesome and I highly recommend checking this place out for great tournament action and simply the best cash game action in the country.
The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is the food options aren't great. The items on the menu are very tasty, but too many fried food options and bar food for regular customers looking to eat healthier. Additionally, the fact outside food cannot be brought in after the kitchen closes and before it opens in the morning, is not player friendly. The cold cut sandwiches are not great - they are over chilled and lack in substance. The coffee is also not good at all. I find it hard to believe that they couldn't make money off a short order chef overnight - that could cook breakfast items for staff and players. But regardless, I would be nice to be able to order food during the overnight hours.
