In a bomb pot with lots of money involved, a dealer turned over the River card before the action was completed. The card had to put back in the deck to reshuffle. Completely screwed up the out come. Later asked the dealer to pay attention, the dealer right back at you saying "I am paying attention."
Don't know how they manage their dealers??
