Just played Monday $60 (which turned into $100) after $10 daily membership, $10 dealer appreciation add-on, and extra $20 "seat fee".
Play is a bit slow at 15-20 hands per hour with "ok" dealers. They are very friendly though.
Chips quality is excellent and management is great. Tables are average and you have to stack two metal chairs with cushion seats together to sit at table level.
Competition is very soft if you want to be successful, here's your chance. However, I did horribly so what do I know.
There are no promotions or comps and they recharge you the $20 seat fee if you want to rebuy. I paid $40 for the same seat :(.
Free sodas. Management is great, probably their best feature.

Hi c0nservat1ve, thank you for the review. We want to apologize for taking so long to respond - we only recently gained access to making responses to reviews.
We appreciate this review a lot because it covers a lot of things that we have been working on, and feel that we’ve improved substantially. For example, the tournament fees: initially when we brought tournaments in, we didn’t have a dealer add-on. When we added one in, it set some of the tournament balance out of whack in terms of the fee vs prize pool ratio.
Specifically for the Monday weekly tournament you reference, we increased the prize pool portion of the buy-in to $80 in order to improve the fee ratio, and also decreased the add on to $5. We’re always looking to update our approach, and as soon as we added the original $10 dealer add on we realized we needed a change. I’m sorry it took us a while to implement!
In the month or so since your review, we have improved our dealer training as well as brought on more experienced dealers as well.
Your review also covers some things we still need to work on, namely the chairs and promotions.
Updating our chairs is our number one priority right now, and is currently in progress. We don’t have an ETA yet, but we want to assure you that we know the chairs aren’t great and we know they need to improve ASAP.
In terms of promotions, we actually had a couple at the time of your review, that centered around referrals (bring a friend, get free hours), and encouraging Sunday cash game play (discounted rate on Sundays only). And just this past week we added a Monday early bird special, where cash games played between 5 and 7pm only charge $1/hour for the seat rental.
