Owners and staff are trying very hard to provide a friendly and professional atmosphere where people that enjoy playing poker can enjoy the game and competition
Dealers are very proficient and friendly. Have seen dealers in Vegas that could learn from them.
I played in Paducah at Moneymakers until city officials forced them to close, now I play here at Triple Barrel at every opportunity.
As always there's going to be an A-hole or two but I've been welcomed by players and staff and made to feel very comfortable and "at home"
What most people that are doing the most complaining don't realize is that this is a new adventure for owners that don't have a pocket full of money like casinos do and it's going to take time to reach full potential.
All they need is a chance, support and patience from players as they are trying to make improvements as quickly as they can which won't be accomplished with a lot of negativity and non-support.
C'MON MAN, GIVE EM A CHANCE!!
