This room definitely experienced a ton of growing pains in the early going, but they have been consistently taking slow and steady steps in the right direction.
They started with pretty bad chairs, but have since upgraded to really nice ones. They started with no food options, and now have several, both free and for sale. The dealers went from pretty green to excellent overall. (Staff and management have always been friendly and accommdating.)
Their best quality is that they legitimately take feedback. One tournament in particular they called a deepstack, but wasn't really deep at all. A few people complained and they actually changed the structure a couple days before the tourney, and it ended up being a big success and everyone was talking about how good the structure was. The fact that they listen is why I kept coming back even though some things aren't perfect.
It's been really cool to see their growth, but I definitely wish more people knew about this place and would come play. The number one thing I think would help them grow is marketing more and running more promotions that award cash prizes to bring some excitement and more players to the room.
Overall a nice place to hang out and play, and they have a lot of potential to grow in my opinion.
