please answer phones, care about Poker

Please remove the poker room extension from your voicemail answering system, as it no longer exists. I also realized after-the-fact how ridiculous it was that the floor man laughed and said "yeah, that hasn't worked for a while.." Well ... why not fix it?

And then the miserable regs quit with 40 minutes left in the night because it was 6-handed (at an 8-max table).

I should rate this a 0 or a 1, but I believe in growth...please management, start giving an F about your poker players or they will find their ways elsewhere!
