This room is dying and it's very obvious.
Service came once during my 4 hours of tournament play.
A dealer from this room turned over my mucked cards (a big bluff) when a reg asked to see them.
I have never seen this happen before and was outraged.
This same dealer accidentally grabbed and folded a live hand, then grabbed it out of the muck and gave it back to the player. Nobody seemed to care.
To top it off, when we got down to the last 2 tables, our table had 9 players, the other had 7.
Before a player at our table posted his blind (everybody was 10bb or less)
He asked the dealer if he could move to the other table.
The Dealer said yes, so the player moved and I was Big Blind now.
I was dealt A8 and faced a shove from the button.
Lost the tournament vs pocket kings.
I will never return here again because if I was not BB, I would not have called the all in.
Seriously? How can you just move a player without doing it randomly when there's less than 18 people left and nobody has more than 10bb?
Don't these idiots that run this room know anything about poker?
Letting somebody move right before they have to post a big blind for 20% of his stack because he asked you to move is retarded.
I play professionally and this is the only casino I have ever played at where I left feeling CHEATED.
This casino highly favours regs and if you are a player they have never seen before, expect to see SHADY things done by bad dealers that seem to be on the border of cheating.
