Their daytime shift supervisor is the worst Vegas has to offer. He would be better suited for a job that he doesn't have to interact with anyone. If you want to be respected don't go there while he is there. He is condescending, rude and has a God complex. If he thinks you aren't bowing down to his will you will end up on his @#$% list. He recently told a regular in the room that he preferred he didn't play there just because he doesn't like him. He doesn't respect respect his boss, the dealers or the players.
From what I have heard, he pushes people to play tournaments instead of cash games. He has been the direct cause of players leaving, waiting for him to leave before coming in, and dealers to quit.
Congratulations Westgate! He is a real asset to any room that wants to ruin their reputation. At this point, even if they do what is necessary to try to repair their reputation it might be too late.
I truly feel bad for the amazing employees and the room manager that have to suffer working with him. You deserve better.
