- The Tournament Prize will be two (2) $1,100 tournament buy-in tickets to be used towards any Wynn Poker Tournament Entry and Fees, subject to tournament availability. Tournament buy-in tickets will expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 23, 2023. Each Tournament buy-in ticket can be used for one tournament buy-in valued at $1,100 or more. Any unused portion of the Tournament buy-in ticket will not be refunded. The Tournament buy-in tickets have no cash value and are non-transferrable. The total number of available Tournament Prizes will be based on the total number of Entry Fees received. One (1) Tournament Prize, valued at $2,200, will be generated for every 6.5 Entry Fees received (the “Tournament Prize Formula”).

- The Tournament will conclude when the number of players remaining is equal to the number of $2,200 prizes generated based on the Tournament Prize Formula, less the amount of players who have previously won the prize by reaching the Milestone. Any Tournament prize pool residual funds, less than a full $2,200 prize, will be paid in Wynn Las Vegas casino chips to the last player eliminated prior to the conclusion of the Tournament
