Warning: Aliante used to have a nice little poker room about 5 years ago...until they abruptly closed it and replaced it with slots. Now they have a few "machine dealers" in the general smokey area of the casino. There is NO POKER ROOM nor live dealers. I don't trust online poker, so I certainly don't trust these computer dealers. Only go to Aliante if you want to play slots/bingo/table games/eat. If you're that far north in Vegas and want to play real poker, I'd recommend driving over to Sante Fe Station or just going to the strip. The biggest plus of Aliante is the comparative lack of smoke, mainly because there's fewer people. And most of the people are upper/middle-class and older thanks to the nice retirement community/golf course next door.
