Chairs are nice and comfy.
Tables are nice to play, no stupid rails like the MGM

Bring a solid game and you will turn a profit.
Dealers are fast and accurate.

Let's just say that when I went to them with suggestions they sat down with me and listened carefully...even went so far as to start giving me the kind of attention reserved for the regular high rollers.
I think it's $1 per hour at the tables but they also have a poker room rate so be sure to check that out when booking a room.
