I'm used to the New England casinos, so a card club is obviously going to be different. That being said, here's my honest review.
THE GOOD:
-Full tableside food/drink service with good menu;
-Massage available, unsure of hours;
-never wait long for a seat;
-professional floor staff and chip runners;
-free parking, allows truckers but no overnight;
-bathrooms are usually pretty clean.
THE BAD:
-Cards, chips, felt are all dirty and bad quality;
-Some incredible dealers, most are subpar;
-Same situation with waitresses, most are excellent but the few bad apples are problems despite hefty tips;
-Phones during hands rule isn't enforced, I've had to leave games due to clear collusion between regs;
-Zero rewards for poker players.
Overall, if you're in the area it's not bad at all. I would play at the Hard Rock if it was closer.
