Mgmt has not done anything specific to bring in the snowbird senior citizens living in town. Tourney costs are too high for the # of chips. This is not Jax or OP or Daytona. Poker room is so empty. Try running a daily noon or 1 pm tourney with 20-30k chips for $60k and 15 minute blinds. Watch the retired population roll in! Then they might stay for cash games. Get on the senior bus route, too. Marketing needs to do different things at this Best Bet. Seniors looking for deals such as comps that can be used like at other poker rooms. Large menu is good but very little gluten free options. Hash browns on menu are diced potatoes. Not the same thing. Rake is higher here than at other Best Bets. C'mon. Get real!
